Updating newsletter automations. Performed each December so that automations don’t get too big (there’s a trigger for each send date).
- Requires access to JN AccessAlly WP site
- Requires access to Ontraport
- Requires access to metrics spreadsheet
Procedure
- You can reference the old one for the flow pattern (e.g., send time, waits, replay send times etc.)
- Add all contacts from the old year automation to the new one.
- Archive the old one (add Z: to the beginning of the automation name and then pause it)
- The following automations reference the above and need to be updated when the above automations switch over to a new year.
