Creating the annual clinics schedule
- Requires access to JN AccessAlly WP site
- Requires access to Ontraport
- Requires access to metrics spreadsheet
Procedure
- This is usually done in January by Cherrie.
- Each year, a new set of clinics are added to the marketing website here: https://joshnichol.com/upcoming-clinics-events/ .
- They are added using The Events Calendar Pro plugin.
- Adding new events is as easy as copying the old, equivalent event, and changing the date and the host info.
- When creating new events, schedule events to be published on the Clinics Go-Live date for the year (decided by Cindy).
- Members get a heads-up and a few extra days to register.
- A members-only email is sent out via newsletter a few days before go-live date.
- Since the clinics schedule is posted on the main site, not the members site, we can’t use tagging to see who’s who, so we send out an email to the members with a brief description of each clinic and the host contact email for booking.
